Although families appreciate comfort and familiarity, children nowadays seek novelty and excitement and quickly tire of the familiar. As such, traditional FECs, which are often out-dated, now face many issues, from developing innovative concepts having long-term repeat appeal without major capital re-investment to meeting the rising expectations of visitors to deliver added value.

Scope
