OPL Exchange – a new concept in development
We are currently working on a new R&D initiative – OPL Exchange, focused on improving how equipment is utilized and exchanged across the telecom and infrastructure ecosystem.
The idea comes from a very practical observation: operators often hold surplus or underused equipment, while others are actively looking for similar resources. At the same time, distributors and manufacturers are constantly seeking more efficient ways to connect with real demand.
OPL Exchange is being developed as a controlled environment where these sides could interact more efficiently, helping operators rotate equipment and enabling vendors to reach relevant opportunities in a more targeted way.
One of the key principles behind the concept is discretion. The platform is not intended to function as a public marketplace with visible listings. Instead, interactions would be anonymous, with access limited to verified and legitimate users, ensuring a higher level of trust and relevance between participants.
The project is still in development, and we are currently exploring collaboration with a potential strategic partner who could help shape visibility and contribute to the growth of the initiative. This would also include an opportunity for exclusive positioning within the platform environment.

Partnership Announcement – OPL and Emobotix Begin Development of Emotional AI Experience
We are excited to announce a new collaboration with our sister company Emobotix, focused on the development of an innovative emotional AI–driven entertainment experience.
At the core of this initiative is a unique concept: an animatronic parrot powered by adaptive emotional AI, designed to interact with users through dynamic, gamified scenarios. The system is being developed to recognize behavioral patterns and respond in real time, allowing the character to evolve and adapt to each individual player for a more engaging and personalized experience.
This approach opens up a new direction in interactive entertainment, where character intelligence is not static, but continuously shaped by user interaction, aiming to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
We are currently progressing toward prototype testing, which will take place in the near term. This phase will be critical in refining both the technical capabilities and user experience of the system.
The project is targeted for an early release next year, with further details to be shared as development advances.
As we move forward, we are actively looking to collaborate with strategic partners, investors, and industry contributors who are interested in shaping the future of emotionally adaptive AI experiences.

Bespoke Retailtainment Concept – Immersive Floating Experience
We have developed a bespoke retailtainment concept designed to create a landmark destination experience, seamlessly blending architecture, technology, and storytelling.
At the heart of the concept is a floating mesh structure, carefully engineered to appear light and sculptural during the day, while transforming into a fully immersive digital canvas at night. Its semi-transparent form integrates naturally into the surrounding environment, offering a refined visual identity in daylight and a striking, high-impact presence after dark.
As the environment transitions into evening, the structure becomes the focal point of a multi-sensory show, combining projection mapping, architectural lighting, and laser effects. The mesh surface enables layered visual storytelling, allowing light and content to interact with the physical form to create depth, motion, and fluidity.
The experience is designed as a sequence of choreographed moments, where visuals, lighting, and atmosphere evolve throughout the night. This creates a continuous cycle of engagement, encouraging visitors to stay longer, return, and actively engage with the space.
The concept has been developed with flexibility at its core, enabling seasonal content, brand integration, and culturally relevant storytelling tailored to each location.
The result is a distinctive retailtainment destination that enhances footfall, elevates the environment, and delivers a memorable, future-forward experience aligned with the ambitions of the region.

Operatorland Expands into Experience-Driven F&B with New Concept Development
Operatorland is currently finalising the process of acquiring the Drama Burger IP for franchise development, marking a strategic step into experience-driven food and beverage concepts.
As part of this direction, we are integrating Drama Burger with our Immersive Science Play brand to create a new type of destination – combining dining, entertainment, and interactive engagement into a single, cohesive experience.
The concept is being developed as a science-based environment, where design, content, and user journey are shaped using principles of behavioral analysis, neuromarketing, and adaptive interaction. The goal is to create a space that is not only engaging, but continuously optimized around real user response.
In collaboration with Emobotix, we will also be integrating an emotional AI layer into the experience. This will introduce adaptive, character-driven interaction, allowing elements within the space to respond dynamically to visitors and enhance overall engagement.
We are currently planning the launch of our first flagship venue, which will serve as a live development platform for refining the concept and testing new approaches in real-world conditions.
As always, we remain open to conversations with partners, collaborators, and investors interested in shaping the next generation of experience-led concepts.
